I placed an order online at this Starbucks. While waiting, I noticed that the staff member took part of my order and gave it to two customers she clearly knew, then poured the remainder back into my cup. My first cup was clearly not filled completely. When I raised this concern, the staff insisted there was no problem and that the amount in my cup was sufficient. The second cup, which was made by another employee, was obviously filled properly and more full than the first. I then spoke with the store manager. He said that the staff have the right to handle any leftover drinks during preparation and can provide samples to customers. However, in my understanding, samples should be freshly prepared, poured into small cups, and made available to all customers, not taken from a paid order and given to staff acquaintances. When I mentioned that my first cup was underfilled, the manager offered no immediate remedy and only said I could be “compensated next time.” This experience felt unfair, unprofessional, and disrespectful to paying customers, and Starbucks should ensure that paid orders are never used as samples and that issues are addressed immediately.

the lovely ladies here made the best caramel macchiato, blonde vanilla latte, and pumpkin frappuchino we've ever had! wish we could have them work back home at our regular location 💔

Terrible customer service. The worst Starbucks in my life !! For the price of 1 drink the quality could be 10x better, and the customer service. Do not work in a place with people, if it’s going to be a hassle for everything!! Watery drinks, do not know what they’re doing!

I am visiting from California and I love Starbucks; however, I witnessed a group of workers who are not working together. I walked in and ordered food and a drink. I approached the counter after waiting over 15 minutes for the drink, by that time my food order was cold. The workers did not address the fact that I waited that long for the drink and proceeded to blame each other. Needless to say “I requested my money back” and left. I will never return to that Starbucks while I am in New York!!!!!
